Meridian is a cozy, quiet condominium community consisting of 220 units. We are located in Phoenix, Arizona, only 5 miles north of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to Interstate 10 and AZ State Routes 51 and 202.

Children in our community Kindergarten through eighth grade attend Squaw Peak Elementary of the Creighton School District while high school students attend Camelback High School of the Phoenix Union High School District.

Meridian is managed by a volunteer group of owners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
